These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SmartNursery ("the Application"), provided by Trolltec Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.

a. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TROLLTEC LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICATION OR THESE TERMS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
